Position/Title: Account Manager – NAM
The Account Manager will be part of our Sales team and will be responsible for developing and managing our business relationship with existing customers in the North American region
S/he will grow QuorEka’s commercial presence in existing accounts by uncovering and closing opportunities to expand existing use cases and broaden the relationship through adoption of QuorEka’s rapidly expanding product suite while maintaining customer satisfaction to convert customers to channel partners.
This position will also work directly with the product team to convey client use cases and fast tracks to customer satisfaction and retention.
Skills
- 3+ years of relevant experience in relation management, sales or delivery role
- Proven experience in negotiation and meeting client requirements / deliveries
- Solid understanding of budgeting and reporting on progress
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Understanding of C/ETRM software applications.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, performs under pressure, meets deadlines.
- Excellent networking, interpersonal and influencing skills to communicate and command respect at all levels. Able to create networks across diverse technical, cultural, and language groups and foster long-term relationships.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Roles & Responsibilities
- Growing existing business partnerships through up-sells and cross-sells
- Responsible for developing relationships and effective solutions for revenue growth, to achieve the assigned sales, volume and financial targets.
- Retaining their long-term client base through contract renewals by ensuring client satisfaction
- Generate sales for a portfolio of accounts and reach the company's sales target
- Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts to retain a client-account manager relationship by up-selling and cross-selling
- Manage and solve conflicts with clients he/she is expected to have specific information regarding daily operations of the organization and keep the Client updated.
- Interact and coordinate with the sales team and other staff members in other departments working on the same account
- Stay on top of accounts, making sure they receive services that are within their budget and meet their needs
- Meet time delivery deadline and customer satisfaction levels with high NPS.
- Adhere to prevailing QuorEka’s ISMS policies and procedures while delivering the duties
Education :
Bachelor’s Degree or higher. MBA and/or Industry specific courses are an added plus
